Customized production of accessories for radiators with leak tests, blisters and customized packaging

Over the years Microtecnica Trevisana refined its know-how and started accessories for radiators production: all the components are automatically assembled with high efficiency in our assembling department, made up of almost 20 automatic machines developed for this kind of products.

To ensure the constant quality of all our products, the radiator fittings supplied by Microtecnica Trevisana undergo severe tightness tests (torsion test, seal test, technical specifications) on 100% of the pieces throughout the production stage.

Our products are also 100% checked through automatic leakage tests which allow the identification of damaged o-rings or brass porosity.

A wide range of standard products is available to satisfy any request, also for just-in-time deliveries. Special vents or fittings may, however, be made to design for special requirements.

On request, plastic parts can be customised with customer’s logo or other symbols. Customised skin packs make installers’ work easier and optimise the logistics of the finished products.
