what we believe in

The workplace atmosphere

At the heart of our work are people, and we work every day to ensure their wellbeing, both inside and outside the company. We do so by taking care of welfare and their wellbeing, investing in the training and growth of each individual and promoting gender equality, even in a historically male sector such as ours.

SOME OF THE PATHS WE HAVE TAKEN

Our main activities

The following are some of the activities we have put in place so far, together with many others that are currently being planned. A path that is still open, one we continue to expand step by step.

Welfare

Our welfare policy includes tax benefits and credits that can be used for oneself or one’s family, on services such as childcare. From this year, moreover, we have decided to devote great attention to spreading awareness of it among those who work with us, including by fitting the coffee machines with a display showing brief welfare snippets: a simple way to make this information even more accessible.

Wellbeing

Since 2025 we have carried out regular internal climate surveys and individual interviews with each person, to listen to concrete ideas for improvement. Each year we also offer free health checks, such as the electrocardiogram, extended to the local community as well, or the BIA (body composition analysis).

Training

Since 2023 we have taken part in an average of 1,000 hours of voluntary training each year, in addition to that required by law. These are courses that range from technical skills, such as the Excel course, to interpersonal ones, from conflict management to constructive feedback, through to the culture of sustainability.

Commitment to gender equality

Through the Academy Women4, created in partnership with Vettorello Srl Società Benefit and Gi Group, we selected two operators in CNC mechatronic machining, who joined the company after 80 hours of free training in technical and interpersonal skills, and who are now confirmed with us on permanent contracts.
