We produce bespoke metal components starting from your technical drawing, following every piece with the care that precision turning demands. STEP 1
Analysis and optimisation proposals
Once we receive the drawing, our in-house team studies and analyses it from several angles, bringing different skills and departments around the same table. From this collaborative discussion come the quotation and any optimisation proposals aimed at improving the component’s performance, through to preparing it for industrialisation, in a joint effort that brings together the company’s different areas of expertise.
STEP 2
Production process
Production itself then begins: the selected machines are set up with the material and the pieces take shape under the constant quality checks that accompany every stage of the process. Once finished, the components are cleaned in washing machines that operate under vacuum with modified alcohols and, if required, undergo the specified treatments, ready for shipping.

Full customisation
The scope for customisation is very broad and begins with the range of available diameters, which covers large and small batches across a wide variety of materials. Added to this is the option of activating additional services such as treatments, testing or inspection of 100% of the components, so that each machining process can be tailored to the client’s real needs.
STEP 3
Final quality control
From production, the process then moves on to the final inspection of the pieces, which can be carried out manually or automatically depending on the characteristics of the component and the client’s needs. As a final step, if required, assembly is carried out, so as to deliver a finished product that is ready for use.

STEP 4
Shipping
The final step is shipping, which involves preparing the packaging, whether standard or customised according to the client’s needs, and managing transport. For shipments abroad we have an in-house customs area, which allows us to simplify and speed up the logistics. Our support then continues beyond delivery as well, to answer any further questions or needs.
