Metalworking and sustainability
The metalworking sector is often associated with the idea of a dirty environment, one of oil and pollution, far removed from matters of environmental and social responsibility. The reality, however, is different and shows just how much sustainability is a possible path in this field too, the same path we chose to take some time ago, with concrete steps in the way we produce, manage resources and care for the people and the environment around us, taking inspiration from the 17 Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda (shown below).

Our commitment to sustainability rests on four pillars, linked together by a single way of understanding our work. There is the environment, which we strive to protect starting from everyday choices in production. There are the people of the company, the social side of our journey, because a business truly grows only together with those who bring it to life each day. There is a governance that we want to be transparent and ethical, as the foundation of every decision. And there are the new generations, towards whom we feel a responsibility to leave something of value.
