In our view, a solid company is built on trust, and trust comes from transparent choices and a way of working that is consistent over time. The following are some of the activities we have put in place so far, together with many others that are currently being planned. A path that is still open, one we continue to expand step by step.
231 Model
In 2025 we adopted the 231 Organisational Model, also updating our Code of Ethics in line with its provisions. It is a set of procedures to be followed across the various departments, designed to prevent any kind of wrongdoing against the company, the people who work in it, the Public Administration, suppliers and clients.
Legality
For years the AGCM has renewed our Legality Rating, a recognition awarded to companies that adopt high standards of legality and transparent, responsible management.

Partnerships in the local area
Our commitment also grows through dialogue with other companies in the local area. For years we have been part of the Sustainability Group of Confindustria Veneto Est, a shared journey in which we exchange experiences and good practices on sustainability, in order to improve together, one step at a time.
