what we believe in
Environmental sustainability
We believe that a company is measured not only by what it produces, but also by the footprint it leaves on the environment around it. This is why we have chosen to take care of it through concrete actions, concerning the way we manage energy, resources and the waste from our production.
GHG PROTOCOL
Carbon footprint
On the environmental front, we have carried out an analysis of our carbon footprint, to understand precisely where and how much of an impact we have. We are currently planning all the activities that follow from it, a path designed to reduce the emissions linked to our production processes and one that will lead us towards a gradual decarbonisation: a real change, not a mere statement of intent.
SOME OF THE PATHS WE HAVE TAKEN
Our main activities
The following are some of the activities we have put in place so far, together with many others that are currently being planned. A path that is still open, one we continue to expand step by step.
Energy
When it comes to energy, we have installed a photovoltaic system that covers the logistics and assembly area and which, between October 2025 and September 2026, allowed us to avoid the emission of around 32 tonnes of CO₂. We also light all our production rooms and outdoor areas with low-consumption LEDs.

Oils
On the subject of oils, we have put three measures into practice. The final cleaning of the turned pieces takes place in washing machines, which operate under vacuum with modified alcohols, without resorting to water or detergents. We have also introduced a chip-compacting machine, which reduces their volume, and with it the need for moving and handling, while at the same time recovering part of the lubricant. Finally, for cleaning hands, we use reusable cloth wipes, collected and regenerated by the same supplier, instead of disposable paper, which would become special waste.

Packaging
On the packaging front, wherever possible we favour recycled EPAL pallets, that is, ones already in existence, rather than newly produced ones. Our packaging, moreover, is made on average of 80% recycled paper, so as to limit the use of virgin raw material.

Reducing waste
Through a targeted survey we identified the compressed-air leaks, reducing them by up to 80% thanks to specific measures. We also encourage a more mindful use of printers: between late 2024 and mid-2026, colour printing fell by 66.9%, while black-and-white printing rose from 41 to 79% of the total, with a view to optimising resources.

Top 35% EcoVadis
In 2025 we were awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, the international rating that assesses companies on the environment, ethics, attention to people and supply chain sustainability, placing us among the top 35% of companies in its global database.
