Full customisation
At the client’s request, we offer a range of services that include full customisation, defined case by case according to the specifications of each project. Every activity is assessed together with the client, in order to provide concrete support throughout the entire production process. Below are some examples.
Surface treatments
and finishes
Specific treatments can be requested, such as tumbling and vibro-finishing.
Automated inspection
of 100% of pieces
We use bar transfer machines to produce the metal parts of accessories for radiators in large quantities.
Manual or automated
assembly
We handle the assembly of the pieces in-house, according to the requirements of each project.
Custom packaging
Packaging can be done in standard or custom boxes, with the pieces arranged according to the client’s instructions.
Specific tests
On request, we subject the produced pieces to specific tests at certified external laboratories.
Custom marking
On request, the produced pieces can be customised with marking by pad printing or laser.
In-house customs
We have integrated national and international logistics, with an in-house customs area, to simplify and speed up shipping procedures.
