Our commitment to

New Generations

what we believe in

A look at
the new generations

We look with attention to the new generations, because we believe that part of our role is also to inspire and support those who will come after us. This is why we open the company’s doors to students, support their training paths and take part in the initiatives of various local schools.

SOME OF THE PATHS WE HAVE TAKEN

Our main activities

The following are some of the activities we have put in place so far, together with many others that are currently being planned. A path that is still open, one we continue to expand step by step.

Training

For us, caring for people does not concern only the company, but also the local area and the new generations. Each year, for example, we take part in the PMI Day in November, when we open our doors to a secondary school class from the province to show first-hand what it means to work in a company like ours. We also regularly host students on school-to-work training placements, and in 2025 we trained some teachers from the “Giorgi-Fermi” Institute in Treviso in the use of the lathe we had donated to the school in 2018.

Contests

We also support the growth of the new generations as judges in local school contests, from the “Mechatronic Talent Olympics”, promoted by Confindustria Veneto Est for secondary schools, to the “Eureka! Funziona” project, promoted by Federmeccanica and designed for primary schools.
