A long history
Caring for our client has always been our calling, the same one we have carried forward since 1968, when Rino De Vidi founded the company under the name “Microtecnica Veneta”, building up over time a solid know-how in the turning of metal components for a range of sectors, from fluid to mechanical to hydraulic engineering.
Since 2017 the company has been led by his children, Paola and Paolo De Vidi, who have guided it through the growth of recent years, opening it up to international markets and expanding the team, which today numbers around 70 people.

Our team today
Over the years we have also opened up to increasingly demanding sectors on a technological level, such as aerospace, for which we obtained EN 9100 certification, and we have reached well beyond national borders, achieving foreign revenue equal to 70% of the total, with products destined for numerous countries, both within and outside Europe.

Supporting growth of this kind is a constant attention to technological evolution and to the new artificial intelligence systems, which we are integrating at various organisational levels, in production as much as in management and quality control.
Lastly, the same care we have always put into our production is also directed towards people and the environment, with numerous initiatives designed to grow in terms of sustainability and for the wellbeing of the team. And since work done well is also built on integrity, we place ethics and transparency at the heart of how we manage the company: hence the voluntary adoption of the 231 Model for governance.

Partnerships
Over time we have established partnerships with local organisations, so as to join forces towards common goals. We collaborate, for example, with Confindustria Veneto Est and with RIR AIR, with whom we share a concrete commitment to the growth of the local and Italian production network and to the development of innovation.

Confindustria Veneto Est
For more than ten years we have proudly been part of the Sustainability Group within Confindustria Veneto Est, of which we are members, a journey that today brings together almost 90 local organisations from the most varied sectors. Each year the member companies are divided into working groups, with scheduled meetings created to encourage discussion on ESG topics: this is how we grow alongside the other companies, learning from one another and gradually becoming a point of reference for those approaching these topics for the first time.
Added to this is our presence at the Sustainability Week, which Confindustria Veneto Est organises every year and in which, in some editions, our owner, who also serves as a Board Member at Confindustria Veneto Est, has taken part as a speaker.
Regional Innovative Network “Aerospace Innovation and Research”
RIR AIR
In 2026 we chose to join RIR AIR, the Regional Innovative Network “Aerospace Innovation and Research”, recognised by the Veneto Region, which connects universities, research centres and companies around the development of the aerospace sector in Veneto and beyond.
By joining the network, we share expertise and projects with other local organisations, so as to help bring innovation from research through to industrial application. It is a journey that allows us to grow in the most advanced areas of precision turning and, at the same time, to strengthen our ties with the production network in which we operate.
