DURING AND AFTER PRODUCTION

QUALITY CONTROL

MANUAL OR WITH MACHINE VISION

On a sample or on 100% of the pieces

Quality control accompanies us during and after production. As the pieces take shape, we inspect them right at the machine, so that we can step in immediately in the event of any deviation. Once the batches have been prepared, inspection continues and, on request, is carried out manually or automatically, even on 100% of the pieces.

DURING PRODUCTION

Metrological rooms

At the heart of our quality control are the temperature-controlled metrological rooms, where we inspect the pieces while they are still in production. Here we use optical measuring machines, with which we monitor the various geometries of the piece throughout the production process. Alongside these we also use profilometers and roughness testers, which allow us to measure even the hardest-to-reach profiles and surface finishes.

AFTER PRODUCTION

Machine vision

Once processing is complete, on request the batches can pass through our automated machine vision sorting system. Thanks to a high-resolution camera, this inspection compares each piece with the client’s drawing and checks its quality, dimensions and surface finish, reaching up to 100% of the items produced. Once sorting is complete, the conforming pieces are collected and arranged in the packaging, ready for logistics.

AFTER PRODUCTION

Manual inspection

On request, we also offer manual inspection, entrusted to the careful and experienced eye of our team members: an excellent solution, particularly suited to those situations where the project also involves assembly.
